Statements and copay reports can be created under the client’s account tab.

1) Access client in question.

2) Click on the account tab and then statements.

3) For statements select “New Statement.”

b. Set the parameters for the statement that is requested.

  • ii. Click on “Create Client Statement”

  • iii. Click on the Adobe PDF tab and then the report can be printed.

    4) For New Copay/Payment Report select “New Copay/Payment Report.”

    a. Statecopay6

    b. Set the parameters for the client payment report that is requested.

    c. Click on create statement.

    d. The report will appear under copay/payment reports.

  • ii. Click on the Adobe PDF tab and then the report can be printed.
