Symptoms and Problems

This model allows the user to view current client symptoms and problems, add new symptoms and problems to the client, and edit existing symptoms and problems. This model is part of the Treatment Plan model. The first step is assigning the symptoms to the client using the "Search Symptoms" field or found by clicking the blue link Select from Symptom List. When expanding the "Select from Symptom List", symptoms are grouped by category.

Symptoms already assigned to the client are grayed out. Symptoms that are considered a "risk" and will need special treatment under the plan are marked with an "R".
