The Dashboard Unfinished Notes section will show a list of unfinished notes with the client information. ​

​ Clicking on Dashboard>Unfinished notes will show you the full list ​ ​ * Clicking on the form name (eg. Treatment Plan here) will take you to the window to complete the forms..

• To view all the unstarted notes go to Dashboard>Supervision> Unstarted notes.
• This will list all the unstarted documents. ​ ​ Clicking on the unstarted notes will open up a page with the list of all the provider and the notes that have not been started. If the client was checked in for an appointment and the notes was not started then it would show up in the list of unfinished notes ​ ​
