Complete all models of the encounter form other than the "Bill" and "Sig" model so they are greyed out and click on "Bill."
Make sure the date, time, and duration at the top are correct and match the actual date, time and duration of the session or you may run into issues later with other overlapping bills
Select the billing code, the diagnosis your billing for, and the location.
Select update superbill at the bottom and complete the signature model on the form.
