I am trying to add in a co-pay we are receiving from a secondary insurance policy and EMR isn’t letting me add it.
When you add a Copay from an EOB there must be a balance available in the CoPay amount on the EOB, otherwise it has no way to balance the EOB. If you want to add a copay without having to provide a copayment on the EOB, you can enter the copay directly in any Billcase either from the Billcases tab, or under client file > Accounts > Billcases.
