Why do I get an error on the superbill saying “There is no matching fee in fee schedule for billing level”.
As the error says there is a mismatch between the billing level of the provider, the fee schedule, and or the fees allowed on the form, and those in the fee schedule. Things to check: Is this the correct insurance policy? I see it is currently using the Self Pay policy. If not, either the biller can edit the superbill from the billing view and change the insurance policy, you can allow the provider to switch policies in Billing Configuration (it says allow user superbill changes). Are there fees matching the provider’s billing level (LMSW/LMHC Therapist, or defined as No Distinction) in the fee schedule (it says it is looking in the self pay schedule). Are these the codes this form should be looking for? If not they can be changed in the form definition (Clinical > Forms > Pencil)
