What would happen on a Super bill if I hit "Mark as Hidden"? Will I be able to retrieve it at a later date? Or where would I look to retrieve it?
Mark as Hidden hides the Superbill from the system, this is good for Superbills that you don’t want to bill such as those for Doe patients or those that you know will never be paid. Doing this will remove them from being included in most of the reports in the system. You can find them again should you need to by going to the Finder tab under Superbills, and choosing All from Status.
If you aren't going to bill them, but would like to have a record of them in the system (for example a patient that couldn't pay). It is probably best to process them using the Do not Bill button instead
