Our provider has not signed the therapy note, but I was able to convert it to a "billcase" and process it for payment, and I have gotten paid. Is there a way that I can move this back to superbill so that my provider can sign this note?
Once you convert the superbill to a bill case it gets locked. It's always good to convert the superbill to a billcase only after the superbill is signed. Once it's converted you cannot add a signature. It is always a good practice to make sure that the form has been signed before you convert it to a billcase, make sure you aren't converting any superbills that say “opened". You can always click the little paper icon to make sure it was signed as well.
