  • To correct this:
  • 1. Open the client file
  • 2. Click the Ins Tab
  • 3. Ensure that the policy is shown in the Current section.
  • 4. If not, the policy may have expired or been canceled.
  • 5. To restore an expired policy, click the Expired tab and click the icon to adjust the expiration date.
  • 6 .To restore a cancelled policy, click the Cancelled tab and click the icon to adjust the cancellation date.

  • If the insurance policy is not listed under either of these tabs, you can create a new policy on the Current tab. Once the policy is in the client’s file you can go back to the billcase and select.
