I am going through the payor's in EMR Bear. If we do not have a contract with the insurance company, then should I state that we are out of network or just delete the entire insurance?
It depends on what you want. If you want to send the claim to the out of network insurance then you can check out of network checkbox. All it does is skips the credential check. If you don't want to send the claims to that insurance then you can delete the insurance using the red minus symbol.
