• If the Provider or Front Desk Staff want to make reminder calls to the clients, they can pull up the list of clients for that day for a particular provider.
  • This can be done by going to the Front Desk.

Appointment confirmation

  • Once the client has confirmed they will be at the appointment, the User can click the light blue Conf button.
  • After you hit the conf (confirm) button, you will be asked to confirm the action.


  • After you confirm by clicking the Perform Action button, a time and date stamp will appear in place of the blue conf icon.
