- Signature forms are the forms that need to be completed by the client while checking in or during a new visit.
- A front desk person can view all the pending signature forms by navigating to Dashboard> Front desk.
- To view all the pending signature forms, click on the icon seen in the image below to the right hand side of the Dollar symbol if it exist.
- This will pull up all the pending signature forms that are due for the client. If there is no Icon than there are no more signature form to sign.
