Reminder Calls
You can create a reminder call for a client by going to their demographic page and when entering their phone number, you can select do not call, sms only, sms and call, or call only if the client needs a reminder or not.
Once reminder calls is set up in your system this is the way call or texts are sent out -
Any “Preferred” # and Hipaa (yes) will get a reminder
Phone calls and texts will go out to that # if set to mobile (yes)
Phone #’s that are set to mobile (no) will only get a phone call
“Indistinct”will not get a call or text
“Do not call” will not get a call or text
