Credit Card Set Up

Credit Card Setup

EMR-Bear can now take credit cards within the system using Stripe.

  • To set up stripe, go to stripe.com/register
  • If you already have a stripe account, log into your account

  • You will need the two keys found in your stripe account under developers>API Keys

  • The user must be an admin in EMR Bear and must enter the two keys provided by stripe at dashboard>admin>config client Stripe

  • Enter the two keys from your stripe account here and click the update button.

  • To charge a credit card you will navigate to the Front Desk and Click the $ Sign

  • In the reference type field, be sure to select Credit card. Do not select external credit card.

  • The view below should populate and enable you to enter in the credit card information accordingly.
