Enabling TFC Portal
- The TFC Portal is meant to be used by the Treatment Foster Parents.
For EMR-Bear to enable the TFC portal two conditions have to bet met.
- The specific agency "Terms and Conditions" for use of the TFC Portal must be in place.
- There has to be at least one program defined as "Provides TFC" .
- The content of this portal is tailored to the TFP who signs in the system, and only displays their current case load and prompts for the notes to be done.
- With these conditions met, the system will enable TFC Parents to sign in the system to write notes on the clients assigned to them.
