CREATE A TFC CUSTOM MODEL

To start a TFC Custom model form, you start at your Dashboard>Clinical>Custom Models:

Tfc model

Select +New Custom Model to add additional Models

Tfc model add

Any model can be added to the TFC program if you click the TFP box in the form type.
- NOTE: There is brief Help description that can help a user create a form that best fits the agencies need.
