Dispatcher is someone who has the TAT role granted. He can assign drivers to the vehicle and schedule appointments. To create a dispatcher user to the system, Go to Dashboard -> Human resources -> Users. Click on the Add new user link. After you create this new user, go to the roles and grant this user a TAT role.
