• Enable a program to use the TAT sub-system
• Create a Billing Policy
• Enable agencies to make TAT requests
• Add a case manager make TAT requests
• Add drivers
• Add a dispatcher, a person who manages trips and drivers
• Add vehicles
• Associate drivers with vehicles

You are now ready to start day-to-day operations which involve:

• Caseworker: Requesting trips for Clients
• Drivers: picking up and delivering clients and posting status of such efforts by using the Driver portal.
• Dispatcher: reviewing operations during the day
• BIller: start billing process when appropriate
