Consent to Receive SMS/Call Communication
Due to recent changes to the 10-digit phone number regulations, we have instituted a toll-free line for EMR-Bear SMS/Call features.
Patient consent to receive SMS communication is documented at the time of intake - the provider handling the client intake will select from the available options shown below to denote the verbally given patient preferences, as well as their consent to transmit HIPAA information.
