ADDING ENROLLMENT LEVELS TO A PROGRAM


  • A user has the ability to define the enrollment levels of a client within a program. The enrollment level definitions are created by the agency. This allows the agency to flag a client enrolled in a specific program with an assigned label. The client enrollment level can be modified by users with Director or Program Liaison permissions for that program.

  • How to create enrollment levels: When creating a program find the section entitled "Bundled Service Options." Here you can add enrollment levels as defined by your agency. You can also edit a preexisting program to add enrollment levels.
