- Clients insurance information must be added when creating a new client. Insurance tab > shows self-pay and Presbyterian
- When booking and appointment, the drop down menu will default to the primary insurance information. You can can use the drop down to change the payor if the client has more than one payor.
Do confirm with the client if the insurance information on the system is correct.
Once you confirm the insurance information, choose the insurance, and click on the Book Appointment button.
This will add the insurance details to the appointment bar.
