Assigning Primary Care Physician

  • Access PCP’s by clicking on the Dashboard > Front Desk > PCP’s.


  • Clicking on this will open up a window to list or add all pcps that are in the EMR-Bear system.


  • List All PCP’s will pull up all the primary care physician from the system. This is the list shown above.

  • You can add a new PCP to the list by clicking on the New PCP link.


  • After you fill all the required fields of Agency, Address, Phone, Fax, and then the Location from the dropdown menu, click the create button to add the new pcp to the list.

  • You can search for a PCP by typing into the search box and selecting the PCP you want.


  • Use the "Get PCP" button to get information for this PCP.
