Client Signature Forms Link

This link take the user to the client signature forms page. On this page, the user can create new signature forms, modify existing signature forms, and inactivate signature forms that are no longer needed. Inactive signature forms can always be reactivated as needed. Existing signature forms can be cloned to be displayed in areas other than the assigned area of the orignal form .
