Client Portal Forms Link

This link takes the user to the client portal forms area. Here the user can view a list of current portal forms, add a new portal form by clicking on the green "+" icon located after the "Client Portal Forms" heading, deactivate currently active portal forms from the active list, and modify currently active portal forms.
