Letter Templates Link

This link takes the user to the letter template area of EMR-Bear. The letter template feature allows a user to create/modify a template for letter formats often used by an agency. For example, a follow-up letter to a referring PCP regarding a client’s visit.
This feature allows an agency to fax the completed letter through EMR-Bear. This feature also allows an agency to track if a letter has been sent or not.
To utilize this feature, a user would create a letter template through the Letter Template link. Once created, the template would be added to a section’s available forms in a program through the View/Add Forms link via the drop-down menu.

Some knowledge of HTML and/or LaTeX is recommended before attempting to create/modify templates with this feature.
