How to add form supervision

Another method to add form supervision is by going to Dashboard> My account> Form supervisor

Clicking on this will open up a page to add all the form supervision for yourself.

Hit on the plus green sign to add new form supervision.

You can choose the name of the form from the drop down menu and enter the name of the supervisor in the supervisor field. The supervisor field is an auto completion field. Just try typing first 3 letter of the supervisors name.
