CREATING AN AUXILIARY USER

From your Dashboard go to the Admin. Box and click on Users

Click on the name of the Prescriber that you wish to add the Auxiliary User to. Once you are in the prescriber's user account, click on the Rx tab at the top of the page

Scroll down to the Auxiliaries and click on the Green +Add Auxiliary button:

Next click on the drop down menu and chose the name of the user that you wish to add as an auxiliary for the prescriber, and then click the Blue Add button:

The last step will be to update the permissions for the new Auxiliary. If you want the Auxiliary to be able to discontinue medications you will want to click the Blue image of a pencil to make that change.
