Save Incomplete for Models
While documenting on a client, there is now an option to save a model or models as incomplete which will alert you to complete those model(s) before you can sign off on the note.
Turning On Save Incomplete
To turn on this ability, go to your Dashboard under the Admin box and click on Config Parameters. Scroll down to the bottom of the "Other" section and change "Allows the registration of incomplete models and custom models" to True and click on Update.
How to Use Save Incomplete
While in the process of documenting in a model, the "Save Incomplete" button will save your current progress in the model and remind you to complete the model prior to signing. This is especially helpful when you are in the middle of documenting but need to come back at a later time to finish your documentation.
Once the feature is turned on, a new button "Save Incomplete" will appear at the bottom of each model
Clicking on "Save Incomplete" will trigger an alert under the Sig model, reminding you that the form needs to be completed. Note: if you hit the "Save Incomplete" button on a model that is optional (in red), it will make the model mandatory and you will need to complete the model before you can sign the form.
