Additional Enrollment Info for Bundled Services

For bundled programs, two new columns showing Enrollment Level and Enrollment Closed date were added. Clicking on the link highlighted will open a new window

Columns for Enrollment Level and Enrollment Closed date are now shown in addition to Checked In, Checked Out, Checked in By, and Checked Out By.
