My Appointment Types Link

This section provides a list of existing appointment types and will allow a user to modify their appointment types. To modify an appointment type a user will click on the blue appointment type link of the listed appointment type. The user can modify specific parameters associated with the listed appointment: type, duration, default form, sms, active/inactive, etc...
