External Notifications Link

In this section, a user has access to notifications from clients via the client portal as well as referrals from outside agencies.

Portal Requests Link

This link will allow a user to see requests (demographic information changes etc...) from a client via the client portal. A user can click on the client name to navigate to the client file to make changes to that client's demographics etc...

Outside Referrals Link

This link will take a user to a page listing received referrals from outside agencies. The referrals listed include (if available): Received (date), Appt Request, Name, Location, Insurance, Services, Referral, Contact, Consent, Submitter, Preferred Contact, and Uploads. From this page a user can import a client or delete an outside referral.
