Signature Forms with Pending Uploads Link

In this section, a user is able to access forms for which paper signatures from absent people at the time of signature have been requested. Once a form has been signed, the paper copy can be uploaded to the client's file by clicking the red "upload arrow" to the right of the pending form title.
