  • Schedule the appoinment in the calendar like a regular appointment and check the "Video call enabled" check box. Complete all the other necessary fields and update the appointment.

  • Once you have scheduled the appointment, it will show up in the calendar with a camera in the appointment box. At the time of the appointment, check the client in by clicking the edit button.

  • Check the client in by clicking on the check-in box and update the appointment.

  • Navigate to Telemed in the top right hand corner of your dashboard and click "start session"

  • Click the dropdown and select the appointment. This is also where you will be able to see the room ID number for your client to join the session.

  • once you are in the Telemed session you can click on the "copy code" button or "copy URL" button to send your client the room ID or URL of the session

  • Your client will need to navigate to your site at youragency.emrbear.com and select "Join Telemed"

  • The window will open and they will need to enter their "name," the "room Id," and click "join." You have now successfully started a Telemed session.
